I was contacted by an expert collector in Europe who informed me that this is a Keilwerth made in 1937. They did not always use their own logo on the stencils such as this one. He told me that Keilwerth sopranos made prior to 1945 are quite rare.
Its in good shape, nickel plated, mechanically functional and playing on old pads that will need replacement.
