Original lacquer with finish wear as shown mainly on the inner bell and back body tube.
The horn is in very good physical condition. It was primarily a one owner horn and he was a player so it shows wear but not abuse.
The horn has just been gone over by my own tech. It arrived to me in good playing shape but he went through everything and it is ready for gigging at a high level.
The great Boston based pro, Mark Zaleski stopped by and gave it an impromptu trial and you can hear this horn is ripping and ready to go for any player.
Its big and full throated with tons of nuance and complexity in the tone.
