According to the pro repair tech:
RESTORATION:Instrument completely disassembled; Grenadilla body cleaned; three day treatment of body and bore with sweet almond oil; body then meticulously cleaned again; body sealed with carnauba wax and hand-buffed; keywork, rods, pivot screws all cleaned ultrasonically; instrument re-padded with cork pads (upper joint + 1 one lower joint ) and double bladder felt pads (lower joint ); springs adjusted as needed; all new tenon corks; all new key corks; keys oiled, play adjusted; play tested.
It plays wonderfully and easily.
Included is a Vandoren 5RV Mouthpiece and Vandoren Master Ligature/Cap.
